- Sensitivity of 68.7% — widely used in clinical and research settings
- 4 or more positive responses indicates a referral threshold
Child / Teen ADHD Screener (DSM-5)
- 18 questions covering inattentive and hyperactive-impulsive domains
- 9 inattentive + 9 hyperactive questions (DSM-5 criteria)
- 6 or more symptoms per domain = high risk threshold
